Overview
Lloyd Nabors Demolition contracted GHR Concrete to be a part of the restoration and renovation of the Monroe Building, which was being restored to serve as the DART police headquarters. GHR was responsible for sawing out the concrete floor in sections for better management in the removal of the concrete and steel beams. GHR also flat sawed the ground for removal.

Philips/May Corporation April 2009
Overview
Based on our performance with Lloyd Nabors Demolition, Philips May contracted GHR Concrete for additional work on the Monroe Building. For this project, we removed the old support beams from under the new support beams. The project including removing approximately 15' of dirt to access and wall saw the beams that were to be removed. We carefully core drilled and wall sawed to separate the lower beam from the upper. These beams were in sections approximately 25' long and 3' thick, weighing 4 tons each. This required the precision and professionalism only GHR Concrete can offer.

Overview
Austin Bridge & Road contracted GHR Concrete to flat saw a bridge into sections for crane removal. This project was completed at night in order to not disturb traffic flow on the highway.
